The Salt Lounge

Try out salty yoga in an inclusive nurturing enviroment. This series will focus on breath work and setting a foundation for common poses. The salt floor makes this practice gentle on joints and great for beginners. Yuriko will be leading this two night small group series and will include breath-work and meditation so get ready to move and also fully relax into this practice. 

No exerience necessary. We will use all the props in the salt lounge so you know how to modify poses for your practice and body. All props provided including yoga mats. No liquids are allowed in the salt room however we have gem-infused spa water and tea available before and after class.
